Maintenance

All our systems carry a full 12 month parts and labour warranty. At the end of the first year we offer an ongoing maintenance package that is completely optional. Some customers choose to operate on a "pay as you go" basis.

We also offer a repair service to non "Abbey Security" systems at the same price that we would charge to our own customers.

System Takeovers

We are quite happy to take over the maintenance of an existing system that has been installed by others.

This will be subject to a site survey to ascertain that the system has been installed to a reasonable standard.

Many of our customers have come to us from other companies because they were fed up with paying good money for not much service.
